7. Returns & Exchanges

Kalpriya offers exchanges in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.

Key conditions include:

  • Requests must generally be made within 3 days of delivery.

  • An unboxing video may be required for claims relating to damage or delivery issues.

  • Products must meet the applicable return conditions, including being unused and having original tags attached.

  • Exchanges are available only in accordance with the conditions specified in our Return & Exchange Policy.

  • Refunds are not generally provided.
